1. Picnic basket auction not going to be the first fund raiser
2. First will be the spaghetti feed

4. $6 per person $3 for kids
5. Meatballs extra $.50
6. On a Sunday after church Aug. 9th

8. $20 left over from basket going to use this money to buy supplies

10. Julia will make meat balls she will buy the supplies for that and we will reimburse her for after the fundraiser is over
11. Rose will act as hostess and collect money at the door
12. Aug 2nd welder meeting after communion potluck short meeting to finalize the details
13. Gift for baptism not possible at this time… not enough money. Trying to find a free something to do like a card or flowers or something we already have around. Mashayla and Julia will take lead and keep us in the loop via text.
14. Reception line after people come out of water to welcome them
15. Welders will put this together and get people lined up.
16. It has been suggest that we no longer have fresh flowers in the sanctuary this has been agreed to. We would like to shoot for having seasonal silk flower arrangements. When funds are available
17. Meet for an extra half hour after next study meeting to lay down dates for events though the end of the year
18. Next study meeting July 6th 6:30 at Jaclyn Cook’s house
19. Update church directory Jaclyn to make update sheets
